Our Return Policy

We do not offer refunds. Items are eligible for store credit within 21 days of purchase.  Items must be in new condition with original tags, unworn, unaltered, and free from damages by the customer.  Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for store credit. 

Shipping charges associated with a return is the responsibility of the customer. Tate + Yoko is not responsible for the loss of or damage returned goods.

Any merchandise returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

How to Request a Return 

  1. Sign in to your account and under My Order history, select the order containing the item(s) you would like to return. If you used a Guest Checkout and do not have an account go to the Return Portal (https://tateandyoko.com/a/returns) and enter your order number and the email address associated with the item(s) you are requesting to return.
  1. A list of eligible items will appear, select the item(s) you wish to return. You will be prompted to fill out the return reason then refund method.

Once the request has been approved an email with an RA# (Return Authorization) and return instructions will be sent.  Please allow up to 2 business days to process the return request.
