Our Return Policy

We do not offer refunds, only store credit. To be eligible for store credit, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn & unwashed with tags still attached. All sale items and altered items are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

Any merchandise returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for shipping and customs charges associated with a return. Tate + Yoko is not responsible for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer.

Returns are accepted within 21 days of the order date. Store credit is valid for 365 days.

You can monitor the status of your return request by accessing this page any time. Requests are reviewed within 48 hours (excluding weekends, and holidays).
